This urban installation explores the interplay between the artificial and the natural. The natural elements manifest as circular flower beds, gradually rising towards the center of the site, reminiscent of flowers growing from the earth. Catadioptric “catafiori,” resembling flowers and crafted from film and metal stems, emerge from the asphalt “soil.” During the night, the roundabout mirrors the bustling traffic surrounding it, and even in winter, when natural plants lie dormant, the rotunda continues to emanate a vibrant array of colors. Through the fusion of the natural and the artificial, the boundaries of time, space, and seasonal cycles become blurred and uncertain, existing in a perpetual state of flux.
