More than a building, we imagine a scenario: a large “case” contains within it all of the functions of the museum, all on the ground floor and placed side by side. The great void of the structural container differs from a traditional museum structure comprised of rooms without connecting spaces or corridors, so that visitors can move freely from one space to another. A floating pavement covers the entire area, thus creating a vast technical surface that makes the museum highly flexible and easy to manage. Inside the rooms the installations are designed as light-weight, temporary structures that can be easily modified and adapted to the different needs of the museum over time.
