The New Institute consists of three buildings arranged in parallel within the project area, sharing a system of greenery and gardens that seamlessly integrates them into the existing landscape. The proposed architectures prioritize, in formal terms, a simple and ideal solution to overlay artificial space onto the existing natural environment. The division into three distinct blocks creates an alternation between built and open space, and in its fragmentation, substantially integrates the external environments with the newly constructed buildings. In this way, the internal and external spaces are always in continuity and will be able to meet the needs of both educational and extracurricular activities, with the intention of achieving maximum connection with the social fabric and the surrounding territory.
