TENDE

The project presents a series of targeted interventions able to regenerate the neighbourhood: new patio houses on the roof and two new courtyard houses between the previous buildings, two new pedestrian squares and a park, a new street layout to make the settlement more connected and crossable. All the existing buildings are tought to be completly covered by insulating panels and coloured solar courtains
