The project organise an entire allotment of social housing, providing houses and a cultural/commercial complex. The row typology of the residential unities updates traditions and materials of the context. The form of the house is thought to the allow self-expansions of the house. The house are then characterised by volumes on the roof that host the technical devices to exploit the solar energy.
